Cancellation of the order is made in the following cases:
During the online ordering process and while you are in the “Checkout” you can press the “Empty your cart” button to delete the items you have added to your cart.

Product returns
By making your purchases from coffeelovers.gr you have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement in cases where the store has been proven to be responsible for selling incorrect products or products of poor quality or defective products (error in receiving the order, in pricing, or in shipping, products damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc.)
In the above cases, the customer has the option either not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receipt, to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.
In any case, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the customer, and the packaging of the product must be the one that accompanied the product and be in perfect condition. If they are not returned within 14 days then our company reserves the right not to accept the return and replacement.
In addition, in all cases, the product must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retailer’s Ap. etc.), and must necessarily have a prior consultation with our online store.
Warranty & product replacement
All products are marked with the valid warranty years. The warranty is only valid if it has been used in good faith and the damage is due to material failure.
